All utility tools provided on Free Browser Tools are 100% free of charge:

• Zero Billing & Registration: No accounts, sign-ups, subscriptions, or payment credentials are required.
• Client-Side Execution: All document, image, audio, video, text, code, OCR, and AI processing occurs locally inside your web browser on your device.
• Monetization & Ads: To support hosting and maintenance costs, we display non-intrusive advertisements served via Google Ad Manager (GAM).

3. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain full ownership and rights over all files, images, documents, and code processed using our tools. Because processing is 100% client-side, your content is never stored, copied, or transmitted to our servers.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The tools and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While we strive for high accuracy in WASM processing, we do not guarantee error-free results for critical production use cases.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mohit Kumar Gupta (Trade Name: MKG Commerce) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or tools.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Burdwan, West Bengal, India.
